Witnesses told WREG that Motley had loud music coming from his car, and the security guard asked him to turn it down. Shortly after, witnesses said they heard a shot.
Police said Motley was shot to death by Livingston. He was hit in the chest. Surveillance cameras captured the incident.
Livingston was taken into custody. Police said they recovered a 9 mm Glock 19 handgun.
